Private Party Packages
Bar/Drinks: We have a large drinks fridge, wine cooler, 6 optics and an ice maker. We can serve draft ale, canned beers, ciders and soft drinks, spirits including cocktails and mock-tails, plus a range of wines and bubbles. The menu can be adapted to your guests tastes. For winter events we can serve our delicious mulled wine or mulled cider.
We have high quality reusable plastic glasses, that we collect at the end of the event.
Lighting: Our funky lights include a 'Pickled Purple' neon sign, some colour changing LEDs that run around the entire front side of the bar, which also lights up the BAR sign on the roof. We also have neon style LED's at the back of the bar counter that lights up the optic area. When all lit up, it really gives a funky party atmosphere.
Lights with music: For that extra party vibe we have a scanner and laser that can be pointed at the ground, into a tree or onto a building, plus other little extras. With our powerful sound system, we can play tailored playlists, or you could opt to have our DJ for your event instead.
Entertainment: Our entertainment includes a range of performances throughout your event. Including sets of different stilt walking characters, a giant bubble show and LED Poi spinning.

Option 2: All inclusive bar This would mean the drinks bill is paid in full at the end of the event, or you pay £15-30 per head up front, for a minimum of 30 guests. Price per head will depend on the length of time the bar is open:
3 hours = £15 per head
4 hours = £20 per head
5 hours = £25 per head
6 hours = £30 per head

Option 3: Cash bar or cash behind the bar (you pay partly towards the drinks). This could be given in the form of drinks vouchers you can give to your guests.

* Prices are based on up to 1 hours drive from Saxmundahm, Suffolk. Other locations may be considered, please contact us to discuss.
* A deposit of £100 is required to secure any booking.
* Prices are based on up to a 6 hour party. We also need to arrive for set up, 2-3 hours before the start.
Public Events
Drinks served from the bar can be adapted to whatever your event would like. We have a large drinks fridge, wine cooler and 6 optics. Which means we could serve canned beers, ciders and soft drinks, draft ale, spirits including cocktails and a range of wines. For winter events we can serve our delicious mulled wine or mulled cider.
We prefer to use disposable cups for public events.
At events like fetes, fayres, festivals etc, after the initial pitch fee has been paid by us, extras like DJ and entertainment would be an extra charge to be paid by the client. Charges vary depending on the type of event, length of time and distance. Please contact us to discuss.
